The Agency Developers work at a vetted partner software agency in Latin America that is deeply specialized in particular technologies. These agencies provide the office space and equipment, and are considered tech hubs for training and assigning devs to remote projects. These developers are assigned full-time to your project (40hrs/week).

You will sign a Service Agreement and a SOW directly with the partner agency that has the selected developer as an in-house employee. In these documents both parts establish the intellectual property, confidentiality and the framework in general. Including the communication tools and billing.

By the end of each month that the collaboration lasts, the partner agency will send you an invoice through Simbiosis' platform, you will receive an email for processing the payment using Stripe, where you can use Credit/Debit cards or make an ACH transfer. You don't have to worry about dealing with different currencies and tax laws.

We will post your project and make it visible for our partner agencies. They will present their candidates for your evaluation. You will receive an email once you get the first candidate (in 24-48 hours) for accessing your dashboard to review and compare the profiles. Then you can request interviews with the candidates of your choice and complete the process by hiring one!
