Start inviting your friends by submitting their contact on the referral section from your dashboard.
Once they hire a developer, you’ll earn $500 USD per candidate hired (up to 3 devs per company referred).
Every project has different needs and budgets, but the average rates (in USD) are as following:
Mid-level devs (3+ years:)
$4,000 - $6,000 per month
Senior Devs (5+ years:)
$6,000 - $8,000 per month
Architect (8+years:)
$8,000-$10,000 per month
You can invite as many people as you’d like, there’s no limit to the number of referrals.
We will proceed with your payment once the client covers the first-month invoice.
Whether you are a current or new client, a partner, or an independent, you can be part of our referral program.
The only condition is that in order for you to get the 5% of each project, they have to be new in Simbiosis and hire their first dev with us.
You’ll be notified right away through your email when they accept the invitation and when they hire their first dev. You’ll also be able to track the current status of every friend you’ve sent our way.
