Terms & Conditions - Referral program

1.- Eligibility:
Any individual or organization can refer contacts who may be interested in Simbiosis' services.

2.- Referral Identification:
Simbiosis will validate referrals using a valid email address provided by the referrer.
‍
3.- Responsible Use:
Referrers agree to use the referral information responsibly and maintain the positive image of Simbiosis at all times.

4.- Reward Responsibility
Simbiosis is not responsible for the use of the reward; the recipient of the reward is solely responsible for its use.

5.- No Guarantees:
Simbiosis makes no guarantees regarding sales results and is not liable for any losses or damages from its sales efforts.

6.- Reward Disqualification:
Simbiosis reserves the right to withhold the reward for the following reasons:
• The referral is a current or former Simbiosis customer.
• The referral does not become a client of Simbiosis (i.e., does not hire any developer).
• The referral results in hiring for less than one month.
• The collaboration ends before the first active month, including cases where replacements are requested.
• The customer defaults on payment of the total invoice amount.

7.- Agreement to Terms:
‍Referrers agree to adhere to the terms and conditions described by Simbiosis, including any changes or adjustments that may be made without prior notice.

‍Benefits and Payments:

1.- Referral Benefits:
• Referrers will receive a 500 USD benefit for each of the first three contractors hired by every new client or organization referred, with no limit on the number of referrals.
• For additional hires by the same client or organization, referrers will receive 5% of the total invoiced amount for each developer for the first month.

2.- Payment Processing:
‍Benefits will be deposited into the referrer’s bank account after receipt of payment for the first invoice and may take up to 20 business days.
