4. Emerging Partners

They may have limited experience in terms of projects completed through the marketplace, but they exhibit strong technical skills and a willingness to learn and grow..

What to expect from partners

a. Maintaining regular communication with the candidate throughout the entire project, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the process.

b. Ensuring that the partner takes responsibility for key administrative tasks such as salary, payment of licenses, equipment provision and maintenance, and any other associated expenses.

c. Ensuring that the developer attends and completes Simbiosis' onboarding process, including signing the Simbiosis guidelines to confirm their commitment to working in alignment with company values and standards.

d. Managing requests for time off in a timely and efficient manner, through use of the platform or other agreed channels.

e. Attending feedback calls with the customer to ensure that expectations are met and any concerns can be addressed promptly.

f. Reporting any issues or concerns promptly, allowing for swift resolution and preventing potential delays or complications.

g. Tracking developer performance on a weekly basis by assigning a member of the partner's team to manage and monitor their progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular feedback to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
