Vetting Process and Candidate Requirements

Candidate requirements:

  3. Full-time positions demand 160 hours availability during specified client work hours. Concurrent jobs will result in termination.
  4. Verifiable experience in project technologies is essential.
  5. Honesty during technical tests is crucial; any cheating will lead to penalties and future opportunities exclusion.
  6. Candidates must align with the client's working hours and time zone.

Applying candidates through pre-screening

  • Review Resumes and Portfolios: Evaluate qualifications and experience, seeking relevant skills.
  • Technical Assessments: Use coding exercises and assessments from our platform to evaluate proficiency.
  • Behavioral Interviews: Gauge soft skills and cultural fit through behavioral questions.
  • Check References: Verify qualifications through past employers and academic sources.
  • Confirm Developer Availability and Job Change Reason.
  • Clear Vacancy Information:
  • Share all open position details with the developer for better interview results.

Platform Profile Upload:

  • Ensure developer profiles are uploaded onto the platform.

Effective Interview Management:

  • Coordinate Candidate Schedule: Arrange interviews and confirm with clients promptly.
  • Candidate Preparedness: Ensure appropriate attire and optimal environment for virtual interviews.
  • Technical Setup: Confirm technical readiness for smooth connection from a computer.
  • Communication: In case of issues, notify Simbiosis and the client with at least one hour's notice.

Tests and Qualification

If the position requires technical assessments mentioned in the previous section, these are subject to the candidate's results that must obtain a passing score and the following conditions may apply.

Here are streamlined and clear guidelines for the technical assessment process:

  1. Submit Technical Assessment Results:
  2. Mandatory submission of results, preferably using our platform.
  3. Technical Assessment Completion:
  4. Successful completion required for pre-screening consideration.
  5. Grading and Consequences:
  6. Failing grade means no pre-screening or final interview.
  7. Failure restricts applying for similar positions for 6 months.
  8. First result valid if applying via another agency.
  9. Multiple Tests Requirement:
  10. Passing scores in all required tests without exception.
  11. Test Completion Timeframe:
  12. Complete test within 4 working days of application.
  13. Identical Answers Alert:
  14. Identical answers from different applicants linked to a partner will lead to rejection and sharing of candidate's record.
  15. Insufficient Seniority Rejection:
  16. Rejection due to insufficient seniority in required tech is a non-passing grade for future reference.

Passing grades according to their level:

  • Mid-Level ≥ 70
  • Senior ≥ 70
  • Super Senior ≥ 70

Minimum qualifications established by Simbiosis according to their level:

  • Mid-Level ≥ 70
  • Senior ≥ 80
  • Super Senior ≥ 85

Vetting process by Simbiosis

  1. The partner uploads the candidate's profile on the Simbiosis platform and applies them to an open position.
  2. The candidate is sent a technical test to evaluate their skills.
  3. An automated pre-screening session is conducted to evaluate the candidate's English skills and match with the company. The session is recorded and shared with the customer.

Recommendations for the candidate:

     1. Log in to the call from a computer with a stable internet connection.

     2. Turn on your camera to ensure face-to-face interaction.

     3. Dress appropriately and avoid sleeveless shirts.

     4. Find a quiet and private location for the call to avoid any disturbances.

     5. Allocate the full amount of time required for the call.

     6. Communicate clearly and concisely to make the most of the call.

4. Once the candidate completes the process, we will evaluate the candidate to approve them or           reject them

5. Feedback will be shared with the agency.

Client Process

  1. The partner will receive a notification once the client has viewed the candidate’s profile.
  2. The client will provide interview time options through the platform.
  3. The interview will take place through the platform.

  3. Dress appropriately and avoid wearing sleeveless shirts.
  4. Find a quiet and private location for the call to avoid any disturbances.
  5. Allocate the full amount of time required for the call.
  6. Communicate clearly and concisely to make the most of the call.

4. Feedback will be shared with the agency.

5. If the developer has a good interview, the customer may request a second or third interview, or request to perform a technical challenge.

6. After the interview rounds, the customer will select a candidate.

7. A start date that works for all parties will be agreed upon.

8. The contracts will be sent, reviewed, and signed by both parties.
